Thank you for your interest in the Home Inspection Pre-Qualification School (HIPQS). Licensed by the State of Illinois in 2005, HIPQS offers a State approved Home Study Course, Prequalification test with lab and continuing education courses for the Home inspection industry.

The home inspection industry continues strong growth and has already proven to be a part of the real estate transaction process. Over the past 10 years there has been a steady increase in the overall volume of home sales and the percentage of homes inspected. This confirms that the home inspection business is a high demand service in a solid industry.

At the Home Inspection Pre-Qualification School we realize that buying a home is one of life's biggest investments. Much of the guesswork lies in not knowing the general condition of a home. You will share information with your clients by giving them the knowledge and confidence they need to make an informed educated decision. It is easy to see the value of a home inspection!

HIPQS is a State Licensed Home Study Course. Advantages of Home Study are: you can study at your own pace, on your own time, stop and review unclear concepts, smaller investment, don't have to take off a week of work, The State of Illinois requires candidates to attend 1 day of Practical Lab. Labs are scheduled on the third Monday of each month. In the Chicago area classes are held on the 3rd Sunday of each month and as filled.. Please call to confirm the date and location of your class.

Labs held at these Illinois locations:
Gillespie , Joliet, Oak Lawn (to be determined by the location of the majority
of the students in each class.)

Class starts promptly at 7;30 a.m. over at 5:30 p.m.
